What makes the OKP K2 Robot Vacuum so great

After reading some recent hype (more on that later) about the Okp Life K2 Robot Vacuum Cleaner, I decided to take it for a spin. It arrives with everything you need, including AAA batteries and an extra air filter, and it charges up quickly (though to get a full cleaning cycle, the brand recommends four to five hours of charging).

You can schedule sweeps remotely

Setup and start couldn’t be easier. Simply tap the Start button (or hold it for three seconds to enter Wi-Fi pairing mode) for a straightforward setup. The Okp also works with voice activation via Alexa or Google Assistant (what I use), and it can be controlled via smartphone apps for iOS or Android. The app allows for scheduled sweeps, which has proven super convenient when I'm late getting home and expecting company. I use the iPhone version of the app and it’s been user-friendly — syncing is a breeze and scheduling has been a life-saver.

It's quiet, yet mighty

Having a vacuum that can clean under my feet while I'm working from home or napping on my couch is a non-negotiable for me. The Okp K2 has proven to be quiet enough to get the job done without rousing me from sleep and without letting my boss know that Rosie the Robot is cleaning around me during video chats.

Despite being so quiet, it packs 1800Pa of power and a HEPA filter for effectively picking up human and pet hair, dirt and debris (bonus: improved air quality). The ability to detail edges or spot-treat is especially helpful when I'm in a rush or an area requires extra attention.

Unlike some other clunkier robot vacs I've tried, the Okp K2 Robot Vac is also incredibly sleek. It has a minimalist design and a shallow body that measures less than 3 inches high (competitors typically hover around 4 inches).

That slim profile has proven essential for cleaning under sofas, consoles and dressers — or any other areas that are difficult to reach — giving those zones a far more thorough clean. No more bending over to get under furniture your robot vac may have missed.

Judging by how full the bin is and how pristine my floors look when finished, I'd say the K2 vacuum is highly effective at doing its thing.
